“Jehovah Jireh, my Provider;
Your grace is sufficient for me.
My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory. Jehovah Jireh cares for me, for me!”

You and I are in the centre of God’s grace. God’s grace is the centre of his Word. So if we are in him, we abide or dwell in the centre of his living Word… our relationship with him and greatest blessings; the truths we live by; the love within us, faith and peace all find their source in God’s words and his Word. Man can’t generate hope, peace and faith within himself, and certainly these blessings cannot come from Satan. The only Provider then, is Jehovah Jireh through his Word.

God said, “I am watching over My Word to perform it.” Jeremiah 1:12. Performance is an active exercise or doing. In Ezekiel 12:25 he said, “For I the Lord shall speak, and whatever I speak will be performed…I shall speak the Word and perform it…”

Often we are hurting; we think we are alone in our suffering or anguish. We’re not! The whole purpose of God’s Word is to live within us. Who else or what else would God’s Word live in? God thought of and created his living Word specifically for you and me to live by. We are the centre…the central heir and recipient of the hope, encouragement, uplifting and comfort of the Word. In fact, the Word speaks of God, himself, as the Holy Spirit, the Comforter or Helper. John 15:26. The sole purpose of the Holy Spirit is to “…take of Mine (Jesus Christ) and disclose it to you.” He does this by the Word and by Christ’s Words.
